Wondering how you’ll see everyone who will be attending the 2008 TISP/SAME Regional conference? Consider being an exhibitor! A limited number of exhibit spaces are available in the Buttes Marriott Resort, so reserve your space early. 

General Information

Exhibit Space Cost:

Single 10’ x 10’ booth (Reserve before 8 Feb 2008)

    - $600 - Sustaining Member (TISP, CMAA, SAME)
    - $1,000 - Non-member

Single 10’ x 10’ booth (After 8 Feb 2008)

    - $800 - Sustaining Member (TISP, CMAA, SAME)
    - $1,200 - Non-member

Important Dates:

    - Advanced exhibitor registration deadline is 8 February 2008
    - Exhibitor registration deadline is 1 March 2008
    - Certificate of Insurance deadline is 1 March 2008

Services Provided at No Extra Charge:

    - Standard pipe and drape
    - Booth indication sign
    - One table, two chairs, and one wastebasket
    - Electrical service, up to 120 amps
    - Daily portage service

OK – Sign Me Up!! - sponsorship and exhibitor payment must be made by check to the "SAME Phoenix Post" and mailed along with registration form to the address on the form.

Exhibitor Checklist:

·         Read the Exhibitor Information to make sure your company can comply with and accept the terms and conditions of setting up and maintaining a booth at the conference

·         Pick out a preferred space and two alternates by looking at the Buttes Marriott Resort floorplan on the Sponsorship form

·         Complete the Booth Registration Form and mail it with payment to the address listed on the form

·         View the Exhibitor Schedule to schedule your staff for booth set up and take down

Your booth fee will go directly to help pay for the costs of running the conference – TISP and SAME thank you in advance for your generous support!!
