On behalf of the Officers and the Board of Directors of the Virginia Peninsula Post, I wish you and your families a very happy and safe holiday season.  Thank you for your participation in the Society of American Military Engineers and especially to our post in 2008.  Please keep those who can't be with us and their families in your prayers and thoughts this season--they are the reason the Society exists and you should take pride in all you do to support them.  I encourage you to make a resolution this new year to get even more involved in our role of supporting the men and women who defend our freedom and fight to liberate the oppressed around the world.
