EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of all payments, less a $75 administrative fee will be granted if written notice is received by SAME no later than November 30, 2010; a 75% refund of total exhibit fees less a $75 administrative fee will be granted if written notice is received by SAME between December 1 and January 30, 2011; a 50% refund less a $75 administrative fee will be granted if written notice is received by SAME between February 1 and March 31; commencing April 1, no refund will be granted. Cancellation must be received in writing to aismail@same.org.
