The SAME Mobile, AL post is proud of the recent accomplishments of our USA student post and look forward to supporting each of you in your new roles as officers and student post leadership.
The SAME Young Member Program of the Mobile Post was created to support young professionals (age 35 or younger) at the local post level.
Our mission is to provide guidance and professional development resources to Young Members, to facilitate participation in Society events and activities at the national and local levels, and to develop and enhance the Young Members' “networking” relationship.
Our program has steadily grown over the past year to include various events throughout the year for post young members as well as the addition of a University of South Alabama Student Chapter.
The Young Member committee seeks your input. We're always looking for ideas for social events or programs geared toward Young Members.

The University of South Alabama SAME Student Chapter exists to build professional relationships between Post members and students majoring in engineering and related programs as well as introducing students to job opportunities in military engineering.
Our student chapter meets the second Tuesday of every month in the Engineering building at the University of South Alabama. This semester’s presentations include:
February 14, 2012 Student Chapter Monthly Meeting 12:30pm – 1:30pm

March 20, 2012 Student Chapter Monthly Meeting 12:30pm – 1:30pm

April 17, 2012 Student Chapter Monthly Meeting 11:30pm – 1:30pm
