June 16, 2008 May 8, 2008 In considerations of SAME Nationals, the Savannah SAME post will NOT hold a regular monthly meeting during May. Instead, we are planning a Riverboat Field Trip in Savannah on May 8th. MACTEC's Margaret Tanner and Larry Neal will present "A Study of the Savannah River." We will board the riverboat beside the Hyatt at 2 West Bay Street between 12:30 and 1:00 PM. for and return at 3:00. Not quite a 3-hour tour, a 3-hour tour. The cost is $50 for sustaining members and $30 for USACE personnel. Lunch is part of the cruise package. Parking is available at the Bryan Street Parking Garage just two blocks away for an hourly fee.
