Southern Arizona Post President Randall D. Harris, P.E. presents certificate to 2011/2012 scholarship recipient Patrick Llull. Patrick is an Optical Sciences and Engineering Major at the University of Arizona and currently serves as the SAME Student Chapter President for the Southern Arizona Post.
