Composition

More than 25,000 men and women, veterans, and young professionals alike in a range of engineering and related professional disciplines, from nearly 3,200 private businesses and government agencies throughout the U.S. and in 14 foreign counties. Professionals dedicated to mutual understanding of America's engineering needs, and fulfilling those needs with quality designs, planning, engineering, and management for our security at home and abroad.

Events

·        An Annual Golf tournament to fund scholarships to deserving architecture and engineering students.

·        Luncheons featuring experts in range of topics or visits to projects or technical sites.

·        Annual regional and national conferences, with education sessions, technical tours, and product/service exhibits and demonstrations.

Publications

Professional publications: The Military Engineer featuring articles and news items about innovative projects and technologies, current and emerging issues, government-industry business developments, and news of society members and activities seven times a year plus Military Engineer News, a bi-monthly newsletter highlighting S.A.M.E. affairs and events, and member activities and accomplishments at no cost to members.
